What “Premium All-Inclusive” does not include

From the resort’s own published terms. This is where an all-inclusive plan usually stops meaning what it sounds like.

• One of the resort's five restaurants, H2O by Andrea Berton (the fully submerged underwater restaurant, 20 covers), is excluded entirely — both its set-menu dining and its beverage service sit outside the plan.
• Beverages are served 10:00–02:00; anything ordered after 2:00am is charged at standard menu pricing.
• A complimentary group cooking class is offered only for stays of 5 nights or more.
• The complimentary Sunset Cruise requires a minimum stay of 3 nights; the complimentary Catamaran Cruise requires a minimum stay of 7 nights.
• The minibar's once-daily restock is fixed (soft drinks, beer, one white and one red wine, nuts and chips); an additional two bottles of a preferred alcohol brand are given only once per stay, and only for stays of 5 nights or more.
• Spa treatments at the Elizabeth Arden Spa are not named anywhere in the plan's inclusions list and are booked and charged separately.
• Diving is listed only as a resort excursion, not among the plan's complimentary water sports (which cover snorkelling gear and non-motorised kayak/paddleboard use only).

Guests sign for all consumption to acknowledge it, but are not billed for anything the plan covers. This is the resort's only meal plan tier — there is no separate half-board or bed-and-breakfast rate published alongside it.
