Nalaguraidhoo, South Ari Atoll
Our reading of the figures below, not a review. We have not stayed here.
Large: 466 rooms
That is more than double the Maldives median of 110 registered rooms, and bigger than 99% of resorts here. Islands this size run buffets at scale and fill their beaches; it is the opposite trade to a forty-villa property, and worth wanting deliberately rather than discovering on arrival.
A runway 4 km away
Maamigili (VAM) is close enough that a domestic flight and a short boat may be workable. Domestic aircraft fly after dark when seaplanes cannot, so this is the difference between an evening arrival costing you a night in Malé or nothing at all. Ask the resort which routing they will book.
Satellite imagery cannot be colour-graded or shot from a flattering angle, which makes it a better guide to an island than anything a resort will publish — the real beach, the real reef, and exactly how close that neighbour is: 3.4832, 72.8026
Island, atoll, rooms and operator from the Ministry of Tourism register (2026-08-17). Rooms are licensed capacity, not marketed villas. Coordinate from the LiteAPI hotel catalogue, checked against the register's atoll. Distances are straight-line, computed here; the journey is longer.
Nearest runway other than Velana is Maamigili (VAM), 4 km away. Trans Maldivian Airways does not list a seaplane transfer here. They are the largest operator but not the only one, so that means we cannot show you a route, not that none exists.

From the booking-platform record, not the resort. A short list of the things that change a decision — confirm anything you are relying on.
Transfer
35-minute seaplane, operated by Villa Air. Cost not published on the resort’s own site.
The resort's own site states "just 35 minutes from Velana International Airport (Malé)" by its own in-house seaplane operator, Villa Air. No cost is published. The resort's FAQ page separately says guests may "upgrade to all-inclusive or full board once you arrive" at reception, but publishes no board-basis terms or exclusion list online, so mealPlan is correctly absent here.

Room categories
All 15 accommodation categories on the resort's own site carry a published size in square metres, and 12 of 15 carry a villa-number range from which a unit count is derived directly (see the Two-bedroom Beach Pool Villa note for the one range that conflicts with another category). Summing the published unit counts exceeds the register's 466-room total, consistent with that overlap. Separately, this resort's own navigation menu lists a "Two-bedroom Family Beach Villa" as a Villa Park accommodation option, but that link resolves to a category page at Royal Island — a different property in the same Villa Resorts group — not to Villa Park. A mislabelled cross-property link, not a real Villa Park category, and not included above.

Children
Children accepted. The resort's own FAQ states one child under 12 may stay free in a parent's room ("some of our villas can accommodate two children or more"), charged at 50% of the adult rate for breakfast.

Rates and reef condition are still unverified, and we have not read this resort's meal plan terms. What is shown above is either public-record arithmetic or the resort’s own published terms, never a review. How we source things.
