Transfer
100-minute domestic flight + speedboat.
The resort's own site states plainly: "The transfer by plane and by speedboat to/from the Club is not included in the total price," but publishes no cost figure for it. Routing is a domestic flight Malé–Kaadedhdhoo (approx. 70 minutes) then a speedboat (approx. 30 minutes); connecting domestic flights are batched, so waiting times up to approximately 5 hours at Malé airport are stated as normal on arrival. A late arrival (from roughly 23:00) or bad weather triggers an overnight stay in a transfer hotel in Malé, at the resort's own description, cost not stated. Baggage is capped at 20kg checked + 5kg hand luggage because it travels on the same transfer flight and speedboat as the guest; excess costs approximately USD 7/kg, paid locally.
