Only two room categories are published on the resort's own site, both land villas — no overwater category exists here. The resort's own copy describes its lagoon as "one of the biggest in the Maldives" with the "longest house reef," which is what "Lake View" refers to (an inner-lagoon view, not a body of fresh water). No transfer terms, meal-plan or child-policy information is published anywhere reachable on the site — its about, contact and accommodation pages were all checked and none states a transfer mode, cost, all-inclusive package or minimum age.
