What stands out

Our reading of the figures below, not a review. We have not stayed here.

Premium All-Inclusive: 7 stated limits

The resort's own terms, read 2026-10-05, carry 7 carve-outs and limits on this plan. They are listed in full below, with the source. They are what the pages state, not necessarily a complete exclusion list, so "all inclusive" here should be read as the plan on that list rather than everything on the island.

Satellite imagery cannot be colour-graded or shot from a flattering angle, which makes it a better guide to an island than anything a resort will publish — the real beach, the real reef, and exactly how close that neighbour is: 5.4408, 73.6092

Arriving

Nearest runway other than Velana is Madivaru (LMV), 27 km away. Trans Maldivian Airways does not list a seaplane transfer here. They are the largest operator but not the only one, so that means we cannot show you a route, not that none exists.

What “Premium All-Inclusive” does not include

From the resort’s own published terms. This is where an all-inclusive plan usually stops meaning what it sounds like.

  • The package page names seven outlets for its dine-around: Fili, Thaana, Alif, Hatharu Dhan, Baa, Raagu and the adults-only Sky Bar and Sunken Lounge. It does not name Bubble (the underwater restaurant) or Sukun (teppanyaki); the resort's dining page says both need a pre-booking "at an additional charge".
  • Spa treatments are not part of the package. Only a complimentary massage scaled to length of stay (30 minutes for up to 4 nights, 45 for 5 to 7, 60 for 8 or more) and group yoga are listed, and treatments must be pre-booked.
  • Group excursions are capped by length of stay: one per person for a 4-night stay, two for 5 to 7 nights, three for 8 to 14 and four for 15 or more, chosen from snorkelling, sunset cruise, dolphin cruise and sunset fishing. The package page does not say what any further excursion costs. Excursions cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • The overwater padel court includes one complimentary one-hour session per room per day, with 24 hours' notice; rackets and balls are rented.
  • All beverages are served one glass at a time. Drinks are for guests aged 18 and over. Premium brands are "subject to availability".
  • Baby-sitting is at an extra charge. The in-villa dining menu and times are "subject to specific terms", which the page does not set out.
  • The unlimited minibar and the laundry allowance (up to 10 pieces per person per stay) are listed under multi-bedroom villas only. The other villas get the standard in-villa minibar, replenished once daily.

The package page lists what is included in detail but publishes no single "not included" list, so the entries above are the limits and carve-outs it states, not a complete exclusion list. The "Download PAI Brochure" link is a JavaScript download that was not read. Premium All-Inclusive benefits run from check-in to check-out. Only the Premium All-Inclusive is described; whether a lesser board basis is sold, and at what price, is not published on any page read (rates sit in a booking engine).

Transfer

35-minute seaplane, operated by Manta Air.

Daylight only: inbound flights must arrive in Malé between 06:00 and 15:45 and outbound flights must depart between 09:00 and 20:00; outside those times the terms recommend a nearby hotel. The getting-here page gives the distance as 145 km and a 5-minute bus ride from the airport to the seaplane terminal. Baggage is 20 kg checked plus 5 kg hand luggage, with excess at USD 5 per kg excluding tax. Cancellation within 72 hours is charged at 50% of the one-way rate. The page names the operator as "Manta Airways".

Sizes are the "average size" the resort prints for each category. No unit counts are published on the page, so the split between overwater and land villas is not known; the register lists 88 rooms in total. Every category has a private plunge pool.
