What stands out

Our reading of the figures below, not a review. We have not stayed here.

Small: 17 rooms

Smaller than 100% of resorts on the register. Small islands tend to mean staff who recognise you and quiet beaches, at the cost of fewer restaurants and less to do when you have seen it all.

Overwater is 15 of 15 villas

By the resort's own room counts, 15 villas stand over water (100%), in 2 categories. Overwater is the main stock here rather than a handful of showpiece villas.

Anything. Anytime. Anywhere. (AAA) all-inclusive: 4 stated limits

The resort's own terms, read 2026-10-09, carry 4 carve-outs and limits on this plan. They are listed in full below, with the source. They are what the pages state, not necessarily a complete exclusion list, so "all inclusive" here should be read as the plan on that list rather than everything on the island.

What “Anything. Anytime. Anywhere. (AAA) all-inclusive” does not include

From the resort’s own published terms. This is where an all-inclusive plan usually stops meaning what it sounds like.

  • The owner's wine cellar is not part of the plan. The resort's brochure calls its exclusions "limited" and names them: the Owner's Wine Cellar, private yacht hire, "products and services not on the menu", wedding and vow-renewal ceremonies, and dining at the 5.8 Undersea Restaurant.
  • The 5.8 Undersea Restaurant is at Hurawalhi, "just minutes away" per the dining page; the dining page says "additional charges apply" for it. The brochure separately says guests have access to Hurawalhi's Kashibo and Canneli restaurants as part of the plan.
  • Anything not on the resort's menus is outside the plan. The brochure does not say what such an item costs or how it is priced.
  • The included wine list is a defined selection: the resort says over 80 wines and 6 Champagnes, each rated 88 or above by Wine Spectator. The owner's list of 70 labels is separate and charged.

No price for the plan or for a stay is published on any page read; rates sit behind the booking engine. The plan is the only board basis the site describes. Excursions, water sports and spa treatments are described as part of the plan without stated caps on the pages read; the brochure's "limited exclusions" sentence is the only place limits are listed, so this is the resort's own list, not a guarantee that nothing else is charged.

Transfer

40-minute seaplane. Cost not published on the resort’s own site.

The journey page says "approximately 40 minutes" by seaplane from Malé, with a private VIP lounge before the flight. The page does not state the operator or the daylight-only operating window; seaplanes do not fly after dark.

Room categories

  • One-bedroom ResidenceOverwater310m²13 units— Total size per the resort; includes a 44 m2 private infinity plunge pool.
  • Two-bedroom ResidenceOverwater390m²2 units

The resort lists "Overwater, with unobstructed ocean views" among the features of its residences at a glance, a list that covers both sizes, and says they sit "atop an aquamarine lagoon"; both categories are recorded as overwater on that basis. The resort states 15 residences (13 one-bedroom, 2 two-bedroom); the government register lists 17 rooms. Both figures are recorded, not reconciled. The residences, and the island, can be booked for exclusive use.
