Island 1 Plot of Lagoon, North & South Malé Atoll
Our reading of the figures below, not a review. We have not stayed here.
All Inclusive (AI): 6 stated limits
The resort's own terms, read 2026-10-10, carry 6 carve-outs and limits on this plan. They are listed in full below, with the source. They are what the pages state, not necessarily a complete exclusion list, so "all inclusive" here should be read as the plan on that list rather than everything on the island.
Satellite imagery cannot be colour-graded or shot from a flattering angle, which makes it a better guide to an island than anything a resort will publish — the real beach, the real reef, and exactly how close that neighbour is: 4.5161, 73.6561
Island, atoll, rooms and operator from the Ministry of Tourism register (2026-08-17). Rooms are licensed capacity, not marketed villas. Coordinate from the LiteAPI hotel catalogue, checked against the register's atoll. Distances are straight-line, computed here; the journey is longer.
Nearest runway other than Velana is Dharavandhoo (DRV), 92 km away. Trans Maldivian Airways does not list a seaplane transfer here. They are the largest operator but not the only one, so that means we cannot show you a route, not that none exists.

From the booking-platform record, not the resort. A short list of the things that change a decision — confirm anything you are relying on.
From the resort’s own published terms. This is where an all-inclusive plan usually stops meaning what it sounds like.
Sourced from the resort's Meal Plan Overview brochure (a 5-page flipbook linked from its meal-plan page; the PDF behind it was read). The brochure contradicts itself on Japanese Corner: its outlet-timings table lists Japanese Corner for lunch and dinner, while its terms say the plan does not apply there; the terms are recorded. No price for any excluded outlet and no all-inclusive rate is published on any page read. Only the All Inclusive plan is described in the brochure; the resort's homepage markets the island as "all-inclusive". The brochure also lists a 24-hour island host service, tennis and pedal tennis, and non-motorised water sports (kayak, snorkelling gear, stand-up paddle) as complimentary for all guests.

Transfer
10-minute seaplane, operated by Trans Maldivian Airways. $300 round trip, Adult fare; children 2-15 USD 190; infants under 2 free. The page does not say whether taxes are included. — not included in the room rate.
Daily, daylight hours only. The resort advises a speedboat instead for anyone landing in Malé after 15:30, and says departure flights from the island run between 06:00 and 16:00. Luggage is 20kg checked plus 5kg carry-on, extra at USD 5 per kg. Arrival lounge access is free; the departure lounge is USD 35 per adult and USD 20 per child. Seaplane bookings need at least 7 days notice. The homepage separately gives the speedboat as 40 minutes; no speedboat price was found.

Room categories
The resort states 151 villas, 60 overwater and 91 on the beach; the register lists 153 rooms, a conflict recorded here and not resolved. A Lagoon Suite (70 sqm) and a largest overwater suite (280 sqm) are also described, but the pages read do not give them a clear name or overwater status, so they are left out of the list. No unit counts per category are published. No meal-plan exclusions could be read: the FAQ page loads collapsed in the markup, and the dining page names restaurants without stating which are covered.

Rates and reef condition are still unverified. What is shown above is either public-record arithmetic or the resort’s own published terms, never a review. How we source things.
