What stands out

Our reading of the figures below, not a review. We have not stayed here.

All-Inclusive offer (and Premium All-Inclusive): 5 stated limits

The resort's own terms, read 2026-10-04, carry 5 carve-outs and limits on this plan. They are listed in full below, with the source. They are what the pages state, not necessarily a complete exclusion list, so "all inclusive" here should be read as the plan on that list rather than everything on the island.

What “All-Inclusive offer (and Premium All-Inclusive)” does not include

From the resort’s own published terms. This is where an all-inclusive plan usually stops meaning what it sounds like.

  • The standard All-Inclusive covers beverages "from the all-inclusive menu" only. Champagne, cognac, premium spirits, curated wines and daily signature cocktails appear only in the separate Premium All-Inclusive, which also adds the daily in-villa minibar.
  • The seaplane transfer is not part of either package; the offer pages only say a 20% discount applies to seaplane transfers and meal plans on stays of 4 nights or more.
  • Only non-motorised water sports are included (catamaran sailing, windsurfing, stand-up paddling).
  • The Christmas Eve (USD 515++) and New Year's Eve (USD 760++) festive supplements are mandatory extras on top of the package, as worded for stays from 23 December 2025.
  • Guests aged 12 and over are charged as adults for accommodation and transfers.

The offer pages publish no list headed exclusions and no per-night price for the package, so the items above are what the page text limits or leaves out, not a list the resort printed. The Premium All-Inclusive requires a minimum of 4 nights and states its inclusions on the basis of 2 adults. The offer pages are dated to the 2025-26 season. A separate half-board dine-around offer is described as a "complimentary meal plan upgrade" for families on stays of 4 nights or more.

Transfer

35-minute seaplane. $760 round trip, The FAQ lists "USD 760 ++ per adult (12 years and above)" and USD 380 ++ per child (2 to 11) for the return flight "from 09th January 2026 onwards"; before that date USD 710++ and USD 355++. The ++ means 10% service charge and 17% GST are added. The FAQ has not been updated since, so whether USD 760 still applies today is not confirmed. — not included in the room rate.

The FAQ says the resort is reached by seaplane in 35 minutes and that the wait at the private Malé lounge is 1 to 2 hours. It does not state a daylight-only rule or a late-arrival consequence.

  • Two Bedroom Overwater Pool ResidenceOverwater295m²
  • Three Bedroom Overwater ResidenceOverwater460m²

Only the overwater categories are listed. The resort also sells beach and lagoon pool villas, family villas and larger beachfront residences, 14 categories in all on its offer pages, but several of those villa pages share titles and their names do not map cleanly to page addresses, so their sizes are left out rather than risk attaching a size to the wrong category. No unit counts are printed on the pages read.
