Only 10 km from the airport
Close enough for a speedboat, which runs after dark when seaplanes cannot and costs a fraction of one. A late landing does not cost you a night in Malé, and the transfer is unlikely to be the item that reshapes your budget — which is more than can be said for most of the country.

They are what the pages state, not necessarily a complete exclusion list, so "all inclusive" here should be read as the plan on that list rather than everything on the island.

Five meal plans are sold, US$95++ to US$299++ per person per night: Half Board, Full Board, Full Board Plus, All Inclusive and Premium All Inclusive. The exclusions above concern the All Inclusive tier except where a tier is named. Teenagers 12 and over are billed as adults on every plan; children under 6 eat free from the kids' menu, children 6–11.99 either eat free from the kids' menu or pay 50% of the adult rate to share the full plan.

Transfer
20-minute speedboat. $180 round trip, USD 180 per adult (12+), USD 90 per child (6-11), complimentary under 6. Inclusive of tax. A private return speedboat for up to 15 people is also sold at a flat USD 1,200. — not included in the room rate.
The Hotel Policies page states the shared speedboat transfer duration as 20 minutes and requires flight details at least 3 days before arrival; the separate FAQ page describes the same journey as "approximately 15 minutes." Both figures are the resort's own, so both are recorded rather than silently picking one. The transfer charge is not included in the room rate on any meal plan.
