All Inclusive and All Inclusive Premium: 7 stated limits
The resort's own terms, read 2026-10-01, carry 7 carve-outs and limits on this plan. They are listed in full below, with the source. They are what the pages state, not necessarily a complete exclusion list, so "all inclusive" here should be read as the plan on that list rather than everything on the island.
Island, atoll, rooms and operator from the Ministry of Tourism register (2026-08-17). Rooms are licensed capacity, not marketed villas.
From the resort’s own published terms. This is where an all-inclusive plan usually stops meaning what it sounds like.
The same page lists Bed & Breakfast (water, coffee and tea only with breakfast), Half Board (breakfast and dinner at Beach Kitchen or the Pizza Counter, drinks excluded, with the same USD 50 / USD 25 specialty credit on stays of five nights or more), and All Inclusive Premium (adds lunch at Crab Shack, dinner at Kanusan or Arabian Grill with prior reservation, premium drinks, 40% off an Exclusive Beverage Selection, a USD 50 credit per bottle of champagne or wine from that list, an unlimited minibar and Milk Lab). Rates are quoted per person per day, plus 10% service charge and government taxes; no rate is published on the page. The resort reserves the right to change inclusions without notice.

Transfer
30-minute seaplane. Cost not published on the resort’s own site.
The FAQ gives two routes: a 30-minute seaplane from Malé, or a 20-minute domestic flight to Dharavandhoo and a 30-minute speedboat. No transfer price, operator or daylight-only statement was found on the pages read.

Room categories
The resort says its 125 villas sit on the beach, on the lagoon or on stilts, and that 79 have a pool. The register lists 168 rooms for this resort, a conflict between the two sources that is recorded, not resolved. Overwater status is stated explicitly only for the Lagoon Villa ("directly above the water") and the Two Bedroom Water Villa. For the Ocean Pool Villa (180 sqm), Two Bedroom Rockstar Ocean Pool Villa (460 sqm) and the interconnecting two- and three-bedroom beach villas, the pages read do not say, so they are left out of the list. Sizes are the resort's own figures and the page does not say whether they include the deck or plot. Unit counts are not published. A Beach Bubble Tent on a sandbank is also listed, with no size.

Children
Children accepted. Finolhu runs an Oceaneers' Club for "kids of all ages" and a Teens Hut; babysitting is on request at a charge. Most villas are described as sleeping two adults and up to two children. No minimum age for staying is stated.
