Our reading of the figures below, not a review. We have not stayed here.
Large: 416 rooms
That is more than double the Maldives median of 110 registered rooms, and bigger than 97% of resorts here. Islands this size run buffets at scale and fill their beaches; it is the opposite trade to a forty-villa property, and worth wanting deliberately rather than discovering on arrival.
Only 24 km from the airport
Close enough for a speedboat, which runs after dark when seaplanes cannot and costs a fraction of one. A late landing does not cost you a night in Malé, and the transfer is unlikely to be the item that reshapes your budget — which is more than can be said for most of the country.
Satellite imagery cannot be colour-graded or shot from a flattering angle, which makes it a better guide to an island than anything a resort will publish — the real beach, the real reef, and exactly how close that neighbour is: 4.3158, 73.3475
Island, atoll, rooms and operator from the Ministry of Tourism register (2026-08-17). Rooms are licensed capacity, not marketed villas. Coordinate from the LiteAPI hotel catalogue, checked against the register's atoll. Distances are straight-line, computed here; the journey is longer.
Nearest runway other than Velana is Dharavandhoo (DRV), 96 km away. Trans Maldivian Airways does not list a seaplane transfer here. They are the largest operator but not the only one, so that means we cannot show you a route, not that none exists.
Runway positions from OurAirports.
From the booking-platform record, not the resort. A short list of the things that change a decision — confirm anything you are relying on.
From the resort’s own published terms. This is where an all-inclusive plan usually stops meaning what it sounds like.
Read from the resort's own dedicated "All-Inclusive Meal Plan" PDF, which also lists four other meal-plan tiers (Half Board+, Full Board+, and two "Atollia" cross-resort plans shared with neighbouring Centara Grand Lagoon Maldives) not detailed here.
Resort’s own terms, checked 2026-09-17.
Room categories
All 14 of the resort's own accommodation categories publish a size in square metres and a maximum adult occupancy; none publishes a unit count per category.
Source, checked 2026-09-17.
Children
Children accepted. Most of the 14 room categories publish a maximum child occupancy of 1-8, and the resort's own site links a dedicated "Kids & Adult Activities" page — not an adults-only resort. No minimum age is published; four categories (Panoramic Lagoon Room with Open-Air Bath, Beachfront Room with Open Air-bath, Overwater Sunrise Villa with Jacuzzi, Four Bedroom Beach House) list no child occupancy figure at all, recorded rather than resolved.

Rates and reef condition are still unverified. What is shown above is either public-record arithmetic or the resort’s own published terms, never a review. How we source things.
