What stands out

Our reading of the figures below, not a review. We have not stayed here.

Large: 220 rooms

That is more than double the Maldives median of 110 registered rooms, and bigger than 91% of resorts here. Islands this size run buffets at scale and fill their beaches; it is the opposite trade to a forty-villa property, and worth wanting deliberately rather than discovering on arrival.

Only 10 km from the airport

Close enough for a speedboat, which runs after dark when seaplanes cannot and costs a fraction of one. A late landing does not cost you a night in Malé, and the transfer is unlikely to be the item that reshapes your budget — which is more than can be said for most of the country.

Satellite imagery cannot be colour-graded or shot from a flattering angle, which makes it a better guide to an island than anything a resort will publish — the real beach, the real reef, and exactly how close that neighbour is: 4.2695, 73.4909

Island, atoll, rooms and operator from the Ministry of Tourism register (2026-08-17). Rooms are licensed capacity, not marketed villas. Coordinate from the LiteAPI hotel catalogue, checked against the register's atoll. Distances are straight-line, computed here; the journey is longer.

Arriving

Nearest runway other than Velana is Dharavandhoo (DRV), 106 km away. Trans Maldivian Airways does not list a seaplane transfer here. They are the largest operator but not the only one, so that means we cannot show you a route, not that none exists.

What “All Inclusive Option” does not include

From the resort’s own published terms. This is where an all-inclusive plan usually stops meaning what it sounds like.

  • Meals under the plan are breakfast, lunch and dinner at Gallery Restaurant only. Umiyaki (Japanese teppan, closed Sundays) and Sea Breeze (all-day café) are separate restaurants not named among the meal inclusions.
  • Alcohol is limited to house wine, draught beer, house spirits and selected cocktails — no premium or top-shelf brand is named, unlike some other Maldives all-inclusive plans.
  • Water sports are limited to non-motorized options: windsurfing, canoeing and paddle boarding. Diving and motorized excursions are not mentioned as included.
  • The in-villa minibar is refilled once daily with a selected range of beverages, not restocked on demand.

The resort's page states what the package includes rather than what it excludes, so the boundary above is read from what is and is not named in that list.
